June 29, Mumbai – The funeral of actress Shefali Jariwala turned into a heart-wrenching tragedy as her mother, Mrs. Jariwala, screamed, collapsed, and had to be carried away in a semi-conscious state after seeing her daughter’s body one last time. The emotional eruption at the crematorium left even hardened media professionals in tears.

😭 “MERI SHEFALI KO WAPAS LA DO!”

As the body arrived draped in white cloth and flowers, Shefali’s mother rushed forward, fell to her knees near the stretcher, and screamed:

“Yeh jhooth hai! Yeh jhooth hai! Meri Shefali aise nahi ja sakti!”
(“This is a lie! My Shefali can’t go like this!”)

Then came the devastating cry that pierced through the silence:

“Meri beti ko wapas la do Bhagwan!” (“God, bring my daughter back!”)

She clutched Shefali’s feet and began shaking uncontrollably, repeating over and over, “Uth ja beta, tu to sher hai!” (“Get up my child, you are a lioness!”)

💔 SHE BROKE DOWN MULTIPLE TIMES

Eyewitnesses say Mrs. Jariwala fainted not once, but twice during the ceremony. A doctor on standby was called in as family members had to fan her, give her water, and keep her from collapsing again.

“She wasn’t just crying—she was screaming in the kind of pain that only a mother who outlives her child can feel,” one witness told reporters.

🕯️ A MOTHER’S LAST GOODBYE

During the final rituals, Shefali’s mother placed her own wedding bangles on Shefali’s wrist, whispering:

“Tere bina main kaise jeeyungi, Shefu?”
(“How will I live without you, Shefu?”)

Her sobs became so intense that she had to be physically moved back before the pyre was lit. The moment the fire caught, she screamed out:

“Ab toh mera sab kuch jal gaya!” (“Everything I had is now burning!”)

🌸 A DEVASTATED FAMILY, A SHATTERED NATION

The pain wasn’t just hers alone. Her husband stood motionless, face pale, eyes red. Her cousin brother performed the final rites with trembling hands. Even celebrities in attendance were visibly shaken:

Shehnaaz Gill, still crying from earlier, held Shefali’s mother close and said: “Aunty, she’s watching us. She’s not gone. She’s with us.”

Rakhi Sawant reportedly knelt beside Mrs. Jariwala and prayed loudly, calling Shefali “India’s daughter, taken too soon.”

📢 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

With her mother still in deep shock and doctors advising round-the-clock observation, family sources say she’s being moved to a quiet location outside the city to recover from the psychological trauma.

Meanwhile, investigations into the emotional state and circumstances of Shefali’s death continue, and many now believe her mother may have known something was wrong days before the tragedy.

🕊️ FINAL WORDS

As the flames consumed the pyre and the sky turned crimson, Shefali’s mother cried out one last time, barely whispering:

“Meri jaan chali gayi… meri Shefali chali gayi…”
